Orders & Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no fixed MOQ for stocked standard items - they are available for immediate dispatch. For custom parts, the MOQ depends on the drawing and manufacturing process; small trial quantities are always welcome for testing and validation.
How are prices quoted?
Send us your drawing, sample, or simply the size and specification. We normally return a competitive FOB/CIF quotation within 24 hours, including material, plating, tooling and packaging costs.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Unit price decreases progressively with order volume. We also offer annual contract pricing for long-term programs, and our 300 million pieces monthly capacity keeps large orders on schedule.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and other mutually agreed terms. For first orders a 30% deposit is typical, with the balance payable before shipment.
Materials & Customization
Which materials do you support?
We work with carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel (SS304 / SS316), copper and aluminum, covering hardness grades 4.8 - 12.9, with a full range of plating finishes including zinc, nickel, chrome, Dacromet and more.
Can you produce fasteners from my drawing or sample?
Absolutely. Our R&D team provides DFM feedback on your design, manufactures molds and tooling in-house, and produces free samples for your confirmation before mass production begins.
Do you offer surface treatment and plating?
Yes - zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, black oxide, Dacromet, phosphating and powder coating, with salt-spray testing available to verify corrosion performance.
Can you provide custom packaging and branding?
We offer OEM/ODM packaging: custom cartons, inner boxes, polybags, and label/logo printing to your specification, from retail packs to export-standard bulk cartons.
Quality & Certification
What certifications do you hold?
We are certified to IATF 16949:2016 and recognized as a national High-Tech Enterprise. Products pass SGS verification, and full inspection test reports are available on request.
How do you control quality during mass production?
Our in-house QC lab runs incoming material testing, in-process inspection and final sampling per AQL standards, covering dimensions, hardness, tensile strength, thread and plating thickness on every batch.
Do you provide inspection reports or PPAP documents?
Yes. We supply material certificates, dimensional reports, salt-spray reports and full PPAP documentation for automotive and precision customers, and every shipment can include a COA.
Lead Time & Logistics
What are your lead times?
Samples are typically delivered within 3 - 7 days, and mass production is delivered on schedule. With 60,000+ items in stock, standard products can ship the same day.
How do you package and ship products?
Fasteners are rust-proofed and packed in strong export cartons or pallets. We ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight or sea freight, and arrange customs documents for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we export to more than 40 countries and regions. Being located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, next to major ports, our sea-freight lead time is short and logistics costs are competitive.
Samples & Support
Which industries do you serve?

Can I get free samples?
Yes, samples are free of charge for standard items. For custom parts we only charge tooling/sample production costs, which are credited back once you place a production order.
Do you provide engineering and DFM support?
Our engineers review your design for manufacturability, suggest material and plating alternatives that cut cost, and can develop new products from concept sketches to mass production.
