Today, Taiming stands out with multiple series of technologies. One of them is a world-class double spinning cold heading system, which achieves ultra-high frequency precision forming of 550 pieces per minute for a single machine, which is 220% more efficient than traditional equipment. In terms of precision control, nano-level mold compensation technology is achieved to ensure that the forming tolerance of all specifications of M1-M64 threads is ≤±8μm, meeting the highest level requirements of ISO 4762. We are also innovating in materials, adapting to titanium alloy/nickel-based high-temperature alloy/carbon fiber composite materials, and overcoming the mass production difficulties of 2200MPa tensile strength fasteners.
Another city is that we have made breakthroughs in surface treatment. In terms of intelligent infiltration layer, we use a fully automatic controllable ion infiltration system to achieve a thickness fluctuation of <0.5μm and a hydrogen embrittlement risk close to zero (H content <1.5ppm). And it has passed 3000 hours of salt spray test and -196℃~850℃ alternating impact verification.
